NOTICE TO CLIENTS – As part of the state’s ongoing efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19, DUI Counterattack has temporarily suspended all in person operations until further notice. Our phone lines remain open to answer your calls during regular business hours. Out of an abundance of caution, appointments will be conducted with the use of distance learning methodologies to provide continuity of service for our clientele. Registration can be processed online through our website.

A current picture ID such as State issued driver license or identification card, passport, work ID, VA or military ID, or resident alien card is required at the time of registration. If you are unable to provide a picture ID, you must have a Social Security card or a birth certificate available.
The following items may be turned in at the time of registration, if available, and, if not, will be required at the time of the evaluation appointment:

Official (original) lifetime driving record dated within 30 days of enrollment. Florida driving records can be obtained through our office for a $16.00 fee. Records may also be obtained at the Clerk of the Circuit/County Court or at a local DMV office. We do not accept driving records obtained from the internet or from a third party source.

Arrest Affidavit. (Can be obtained at the Clerk of the Circuit/County Court for Hillsborough County arrests.)

Arrest Citation (if available).

Breath test results and/or Blood or Urine Test Results (if applicable).
The registration fee is $304.85 for first offenders (Level I) or $454.85 for multiple offenders (Level II) . The fees include the $15.00 state assessment fee and a $5.00 testing fee. Florida driving records may be obtained in our office at a cost of $16.00.
The DUI program consists of classes conducted by a certified Instructor and an evaluation appointment with a certified Evaluator. Class schedules are assigned when fees are paid in full. Daytime, evening and select weekend classes are available.
The Level I is comprised of the evaluation appointment and a twelve (12) hour course of instruction.
The Level II is comprised of the evaluation appointment and a twenty-one (21) hour course of instruction.
The evaluation appointment is approximately one hour. Appointments are assigned at the time of registration.
